Build and launch TikTok Shop from zero to a scalable revenue channel, including setup, creator/affiliate ecosystem, content coordination, and performance optimization
Own and drive Amazon end-to-end — listings, merchandising, PPC, promotions, and performance optimization
Support the development of Shopify (DTC) as a secondary channel, with a focus on conversion and retention
Work closely with brand and creative to ensure strong product pages and content across all platforms
Own weekly performance tracking across channels and proactively identify growth levers (pricing, content, promotions, merchandising)
Collaborate closely with the central team on paid media strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between channel performance and marketing efforts
Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure inventory availability and smooth fulfillment
Stay close to US consumer trends, especially across TikTok and emerging commerce platforms
Requirements
3+ years experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or growth roles (CPG or consumer brands preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central)
Experience launching or scaling TikTok Shop or strong exposure to social commerce and creator-driven growth models
Strong understanding of performance marketing and ability to collaborate effectively with HQ paid media teams
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable being hands-on and executing, not just managing
Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving revenue and efficiency
Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and sales
