About this role
Role Overview
Manage distributor relationships and attain sales targets across the eastern region.
Strengthen partnerships with warehouse distributors and lead annual sales planning.
Drive demand for PHINIA’s product categories through account strategies.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
Analyze regional performance and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
Coordinate cross‑functional resources to support customer needs.
Ensure execution of channel programs and promotions in partnership with distributors.
Maintain compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
Report sales results, developments, and market insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of automotive aftermarket sales experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote, field‑based role.
Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi‑state regions and deliver consistent sales growth.
Deep understanding of warehouse distributors, automotive service providers, and channel dynamics.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify market opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel within the assigned region.
