Student Health Manager – Implementation

Role Overview

• Oversee day-to-day management of plan implementation operations
• Manage a team of benefit and digital implementation managers
• Ensure compliance procedures and documentation are followed
• Create and manage processes for efficient benefit and website implementations
• Track monthly metrics around implementation document turnaround times
• Provide direction and coaching to team members

Requirements

• 5-7 years work experience in plan or customer operations
• Strong relationships with internal business partners and plan sponsors
• Experience with implementation managers and customer benefit plans
• Input to account management with contract negotiations
• Expert advice on benefit plan design, cost management, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze plan performance data and utilization trends
• Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions
• Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution
• Interview, hire, and develop talent
• Oversee ongoing training and compliance
