Role Overview
- You recruit real estate agents as exclusive Bauvio partners
- You contact agents from our database (and your own network)
- Introduce our partnership via email + one-pager
- Conduct short onboarding calls (approx. 20–30 minutes)
- Goal: get agents onto the platform → list plots → sell the first project
- Document all contacts in Pipedrive
- Provide support up to the first listed project
