Role Overview
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and surface candidates through non-traditional avenues
- Qualify candidates using structured screening frameworks including familiarity with Boolean search techniques
- Manage candidate communications and drive engagement throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Track recruitment metrics and optimise processes to improve speed and quality of hires
- Confidently handle offer negotiations and close candidates effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record in high-volume sourcing and placements
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently without relying on inbound applicants
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong closing skills with the ability to convert candidates into hires
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with ATS or CRM systems and recruitment tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
