Provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers, external vendors, colleges, and universities
Clarify recruiting best practices and constraints to hiring managers
Ensure that applicants understand the details around compensation, interviews, and offers
Maintain recruiting contacts and provide recommendations for company representatives visiting colleges and universities
Participate extensively in the sourcing, screening, and interviewing process of candidates
Maintain current knowledge of the company’s financial position, competitive landscape, and locations
Hire team members by maintaining data in recruiting systems, extending and negotiating offers, and finalizing the hiring process
Participate in or lead recruiting projects that support the company’s involvement in ramps, mergers and acquisitions, etc. while focusing on continuous improvement of recruiting processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in recruitment, direct sourcing and stakeholder management
Proven experience leading professional hiring or execute scouting strategy
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relations with stakeholders, generate relevant reports based on the analytical tactics
Excellent Japanese communication and presentation skills
Recruiting experience in the technology, manufacturing, or semiconductor industry
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and collaborating with international teams
Knowledge and hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
