- Interface with international stakeholders, supporting direction and alignment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior HR generalist / specialist
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Maturity, organization, and a strong sense of prioritization
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships across levels
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Basic Spanish (required)
