Role Overview
Drive global go-to-market strategy for Workload Automation portfolio
Develop compelling product positioning and value propositions
Lead GTM strategy for new releases and market launches
Create high-quality content including solution briefs and sales enablement tools
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research
Drive pipeline-building initiatives in partnership with Global Marketing
Requirements
Bachelor's and 12+ years hands-on experience in Workload Automation
Deep familiarity with enterprise scheduling, orchestration, and automation ecosystems
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for ITOps, DevOps, and DataOps personas
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical and executive-level content
Strong analytical, competitive research, and strategic planning skills
Experience working in highly cross-functional environments with product, engineering, and sales organizations
