Requirements
15+ years of experience in Human Resources
at least 8+ years of experience with HR Technology
specialist knowledge in HR Technology
depth of knowledge in at least 1 of the below HR areas is an asset: Talent Acquisition, Workforce planning, Metrics and Analytics, Org Design/Structure & HR Structure
experience working in large, global organizations as well as multinational organizations
practical and strategic understanding of how HR professionals operate
proven ability to use data to drive people decisions
experience leading the strategic execution of HR Technology projects
exposure to planning and/or implementation of AI strategies and technologies
excellent listening, communication, and critical thinking skills to advise clients on best practices
demonstrated success facilitating in-person and online workshops
advanced presentation, needs assessment, and client management skills
strong project and time management skills
ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and rapidly changing work environment
ability to work with sales and marketing teams to generate client demand
specialized degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or Technology would be an asset
CHRL, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional designation would be an asset
ability to travel across North America ~20% of the time and qualify for a TN Visa
