Principal Director, Human Resources Advisory Services – HR Tech, AI

Role Overview

• Providing high quality HR technology and AI advice to clients
• Skilled in using data to drive enterprise-wide people decisions
• Facilitating workshops for talent-related projects
• Building and managing relationships with internal & external clients
• Working with research team to improve content in HR technology and AI
• Coaching other advisors
• Supporting commercial teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Human Resources
• At least 8+ years of experience with HR Technology
• Knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Workforce planning, Metrics and Analytics, Org Design/Structure & HR Structure
• Experience in large, global organizations and multinational organizations
• Proven ability to use data to drive people decisions
• Exposure to planning and/or implementation of AI strategies
• Advanced presentation, needs assessment, and client management skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Specialized degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or Technology would be an asset.
• CHRL, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional designation would be an asset.
• Ability to travel across North America ~20% of the time and qualify for a TN Visa.
