Motor Vehicle Claims Manager

Role Overview

• You independently manage and process motor vehicle liability claims from start to finish.
• You are the knowledgeable point of contact for our customers and advise them confidently both by phone and in writing.
• You ensure the correct handling of complex cases and maintain a strategic overview even during high volumes.
• You identify opportunities to optimize our processes and actively contribute to further strengthening our market leadership.

Requirements

• Completed training as an Insurance Clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen), certified Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid professional experience in handling motor vehicle claims.
• Fluent German language skills and legally compliant communication with customers and attorneys.
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and a high level of responsibility.
• Specific experience in the settlement of personal injury claims.
• Affinity for digital tools and enthusiasm for process optimization.
