Responsibility for the technical and structural feasibility assessment of new charging park sites prior to acquisition or final lease
Preparation of preliminary designs following a HOAI-aligned LPH 1/2 logic
Evaluation of structural boundary conditions such as site access/infrastructure, swept-paths, drainage, topography and site/layout logic
Technical support for grid connection requests and assessment of potential connection options
Preparation of cost estimates based on the preliminary design
Early identification of permitting risks and technical conflicts/trade-offs
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, infrastructure or heavy civil planning, architecture with an infrastructure focus, or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in preliminary planning, feasibility assessments or technical project development in the area of charging parks
Ability to independently produce technical preliminary designs and layout sketches
Strong understanding of site development, civil engineering, traffic areas and structural and technical feasibility
Experience managing external electrical, civil engineering and specialist planners/consultants
Willingness to conduct regular site visits together with the Commercial Team
