Support the creation, maintenance, and administration of learning offerings in Axpo’s Learning Management System (Cornerstone), with a focus on leadership training programs for Bulgaria.
Assist with the technical setup, testing, and quality assurance of training and learning journeys in the LMS.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning formats, processes, and user experience.
Maintain documentation and support reporting and basic analyses related to learning activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, subject-matter experts, and international colleagues.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, HR, psychology, education, communication, or a comparable field.
First experience working with Learning Management Systems (ideally Cornerstone or a comparable LMS).
Strong interest in digital learning, e-learning solutions, and leadership development.
Ideally, basic knowledge of digital learning content creation.
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
High willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and sense of responsibility.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment.
Very good command of English (written and spoken); German is an advantage but not required.
