Delivers training to target audience by collaborating with business units.
Develops and designs new and innovative training methodologies and tools by researching alternative adult training processes.
Enhances the learner experience by ensuring the environment is conducive to learning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field OR 2 years' experience in training, quality, knowledge management, contact center, or related area.
