Build, maintain, and manage relationships with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and internal teams.
Identify coverage gaps and provide clients with appropriate insurance solutions.
Conduct loss analysis, coverage reviews, policy form evaluations, and assist with claims questions.
Handle policy servicing tasks including endorsements, invoicing, certificates, premium details, and policy changes.
Manage the full renewal process, including analysis, negotiation, proposals, and binder delivery.
Grow the book of business through networking, referrals, and cross‑selling opportunities.
Support the sales team in new business meetings and onboarding new clients.
Develop and present educational materials that add value for clients and prospects.
Resolve complex client disputes related to claims.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal requirements, and client expectations for policies and documentation.
Promote teamwork, uphold agency guidelines, maintain performance standards, and complete additional assigned duties.

Valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer license in good standing.
Professional Designation specific to area of specialty (ie, ARM, CIC, RPLU) (preferred)
Proficient knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, and state regulations where business is conducted.
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher.
7+ years’ experience in the insurance industry, or a related field.
College Degree in a business-related field. (preferred)
