- Manage largest and most strategic customers
- Ensure customers get meaningful value from Omnea
- Drive renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities
- Partner with key champions & executive sponsors
- Integrate and align retention & expansion strategies
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS commercial role
- Strong commercial intuition
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships
- Able to manage the longer-term success of customer accounts.
