Provide service and support to partners in all customer-related processes from the beginning of the customer journey through to the group’s closure (e.g., collection of initial quota documents, credit analysis, asset invoicing, quota transfers, and processes for auto, service, real estate, and heavy equipment).
Provide daily telephone, email and WhatsApp support to partners.
Provide partners with support for the company’s systems.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Passion for people and for customer service.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
Strong reasoning and communication skills, customer focus, innovation, creativity.
Knowledge of consórcio systems — desirable.
Organized and able to multitask.
Experience and aptitude in customer service.
