About this role
Role Overview
Drive new business growth by identifying and targeting potential clients through outreach via various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
Accurate forecasting and maintaining an up-to-date pipeline at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree from a leading university.
4-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B Enterprise segment, ideally in carbon markets or sustainability context.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and influence at the executive level.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Fluency in English is essential, German is a plus.
