Organize and host internal events: co-design, plan and coordinate internal events such as seminars, conferences, webinars, workshops, and best-practice sharing sessions.
Manage logistics and operations: invitations, materials, video-conferencing tools, replays, polls, etc.
Support event facilitation (presentations, interviews, facilitation, follow-ups...)
Advise and support teams: assist internal teams with their communication needs — advising on formats (articles, videos, newsletters, internal posts...), structuring and scheduling messages, and helping animate their communities (groups, collaborative spaces).
Help implement communication best practices across teams and communities.
Create communication and engagement materials: write content for internal channels such as articles, interviews, profiles, news items, FAQs, guides, video scripts, and posts for internal networks/platforms.
Produce visual and multimedia assets: PowerPoint presentations, infographics, event visuals, banners, templates, short videos, etc.
Contribute to continuous improvement of assets to make them more impactful, educational and engaging.
Define and manage a communication plan for the participatory innovation initiative: identify target audiences, messages, channels, schedule and deliverables.
Produce videos (shooting, interviews, editing, subtitling) to showcase the initiative and give voice to stakeholders.
Measure the impact of communication activities (feedback, analytics, qualitative outcomes) and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
You are pursuing a Master's-level degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in communication, business school, university, or similar, with a specialization in events, communication, creative fields or equivalent, and are seeking a 1-year work-study placement.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and have knowledge of: developing communication plans, video editing, and content writing (articles, posts, scripts).
Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects...) and with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, agile ceremonies...).
Your level of English allows you to read, understand and communicate orally and in writing in a professional context.
You are curious and genuinely interested in internal communications and community engagement.
You are organized, rigorous and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
You have a creative mindset and enjoy proposing new formats.
You show initiative while respecting guidelines and objectives.
