About this role
Role Overview
Build and manage mpathic’s expert community, creating a welcoming, high-quality environment for discussion and collaboration.
Design and execute engagement programs that keep experts active, learning, and connected across the lifecycle (pre-project, active, and alumni).
Leverage our community platform (Docebo) to design and implement engagement loops, including incentives, recognition systems, and learning pathways.
Track and optimize key community metrics (engagement, retention, referrals, participation).
Continuously experiment with new formats and features to improve community health and activity.
Moderate community conversations to ensure they are thoughtful, productive, and aligned with mpathic’s values.
Develop content, prompts, and programming (e.g., discussions, AMAs, learning threads) that drive meaningful participation.
Create systems that encourage referrals, peer-to-peer engagement, and organic community growth.
Identify and cultivate a group of expert evangelists to help lead conversations, onboard new members, and strengthen community culture.
Build strong relationships with top contributors and surface their insights back to internal teams.
Work with Marketing team to plan in-person events for expert engagement and recruitment.
Partner with Operations, Product and Research teams to ensure the community reflects current priorities and opportunities.
Help communicate new projects, opportunities, and updates to the expert network.
Gather feedback from the community to inform product, research, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in community management, customer engagement, or related roles.
Experience building or managing communities of professionals, experts, or creators.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage thoughtfully with highly specialized audiences.
Experience moderating online communities and fostering positive, high-signal discussions.
Familiarity with community platforms or learning systems.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
Strong organizational and program management skills.
Interest in AI, behavioral science, and responsible technology.
