Be the primary (autonomous) Growth Strategist responsible for managing all day-to-day responsibilities of Strategy on a mix of key, assigned clients.
Creation and maintenance of quarterly roadmap and effectively make budget and media mix recommendations based on business performance relative to identified KPIs.
Ongoing reporting on performance of media and offering recommendations to support clients’ goals.
Confidently leverage post-purchase survey data to drive top-of-funnel recommendations.
Establish key business KPIs and translate them into relevant in-platform targets.
Drive ongoing, proactive collaboration with specialists to problem-solve, drive stronger performance.
Lead client calls and serve as the primary points of contact for ongoing client needs.
Support senior team members in best practice refinement and development.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a planning/strategy role working in paid media, marketing, or consulting (agency and ecommerce experience preferred)
Good understanding of the e-commerce, DTC business model
Know how to leverage Shopify to get information you need to make media decisions
Know about the most important apps used by our client’s Shopify stores
Demonstrable hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients (read: you have experience being client-facing) and colleagues.
Strong analytical skills that promote the ability to measure success of media efforts and identify learnings to enable further success.
Detail-oriented and has a proven track record of effectively managing multiple responsibilities while ensuring delivery of on-time and error-free work.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant reporting platforms – you're a data storyteller at heart.
