Develop and execute ABM campaigns 1:1, 1:few and 1:many focused on strategic accounts, aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
Knowledge of the B2B sales funnel for Enterprise accounts, with the ability to map complex buyer journeys, identify leverage points and support commercial strategies focused on large accounts.
Responsible for creating and managing ABM plays, including the development of strategic account dossiers, definition and monitoring of the ABM Score, and continuous analysis of campaign effectiveness in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams.
Plan and execute small-scale events targeted at account prospects.
Work collaboratively with Sales, market intelligence and Product teams to identify growth opportunities in key accounts.
Create and optimize personalized journeys, segmented content and tailored digital experiences for decision-makers within target accounts.
Use automation tools, CRM and data intelligence to scale ABM strategies efficiently and predictably.
Measure, analyze and report campaign performance with a focus on KPIs such as engagement, pipeline generation and conversion.
Support the implementation and maturation of the ABM structure at Gupy, contributing best practices, playbooks and scalable frameworks.
Stay up to date on market trends, B2B buying behavior and emerging marketing and sales technologies.
Requirements
Proven experience with ABM strategies in B2B environments (minimum 4 years).
Strong command of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo or similar.
Familiarity with concepts such as ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), buyer personas, B2B sales funnel and multichannel journeys.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Advanced English (for reading technical materials and preferably verbal communication).
Strategic mindset and business acumen: you understand the impact of your actions on company results.
Cross-functional collaboration: comfortable acting as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Data and Product.
High-level communication: clear, concise and persuasive, both written and verbal.
