Recruiter – Healthcare, Veterinary Focus

Role Overview

• Source candidates and build targeted recruitment lists
• Conduct outreach and relationship-building with candidates
• Write and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles
• Decide where to post roles and what messaging works best
• Develop and manage a structured follow-up system
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process with full quality control

Requirements

• Prior recruiting experience (major plus!)
• Healthcare and/or veterinary recruitment background (preferred)
• Bullhorn (Recruitment CRM) experience
• a major plus, but not required!
• LinkedIn recruiting and Zoom/virtual outreach experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• EA-level precision
• highly organized and detail-oriented
