Requirements
3+ years in end-to-end talent acquisition: full-cycle recruitment experience, owning the entire hiring process from intake to offer acceptance.

Metrics-driven approach: Advanced proficiency in recruitment analytics, data interpretation, and leveraging insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
