Founding Lead Recruiter

Charge Robotics is a Series A startup focused on building robots for solar farm construction. The Lead Recruiter will take ownership of the recruiting process, create a strong pipeline of candidates, and enhance the hiring and onboarding experience to help grow the team and transform the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Build our talent function and recruiting processes from scratch
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and closing
• Be a strategic partner to hiring managers across the company, collaborating on candidate strategy and ensuring that hiring goals are met in a timely manner with top-tier candidates
• Create a positive, seamless, and fair candidate experience
• Initially lead employee onboarding until we can grow into a larger people function
• Report to and collaborate closely with our founder/CEO
• Be the face of Charge Robotics and help us build a stellar employer brand
