Preparation of forecasts, reports and presentations as well as ad-hoc evaluations and analyses, including commentary for the Management Board and Supervisory Board
Primary responsibility for producing key performance indicators and quarterly extrapolations
Medium-term planning for group companies at home and abroad and preparation of the 3-year plan
Preparation of the cash flow statement and financial ratios for the stock corporation (AG) as part of the annual financial statements (HGB)
Active participation in the preparation of consolidated financial statements according to HGB/IFRS
Establishing and further developing controlling, KPI systems and financial reporting according to HGB/IFRS
Point of contact for external inquiries from auditors domestically and internationally and close coordination with internal departments
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, or a comparable commercial qualification with further training as a Certified Balance Sheet Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, preferably in an international company
Structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); ideally experience with DATEV or equivalent accounting software
Enjoyment of managing projects and driving process optimizations
Good written and spoken English skills
