Responsibility for group-wide controlling and further development of relevant controlling processes
Preparation of forecasts, reports, presentations and ad-hoc analyses
Participation in KPI development, quarterly extrapolations and short
and medium-term planning processes
Support in the medium-term and 3-year planning for national and international group companies
Collaboration on annual and consolidated financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
Independent preparation of materials for the Management Board and Supervisory Board, including commentaries
Responsibility for the cash flow statement and central KPI systems in the context of the annual financial statements
Further development of the controlling landscape, reporting structures and financial processes
Point of contact for auditors at home and abroad and close coordination with internal departments

Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, or alternatively a commercial qualification with equivalent further training
Several years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in an internationally oriented company
Structured, independent and analytical way of working
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
Desirable: experience with DATEV, Rechnungswesen Pro, IDL Konsis or similar systems
Enjoyment of projects, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration
Very good German skills and good English skills
