Controller

Role Overview

• Develop and optimize operational controlling methods and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead own projects and contribute to various projects
• Prepare monthly reports and variance analyses
• Execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings and financial statements
• Support coordination and preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in close cooperation with the business units
• Represent the team in international cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on controlling, finance or taxation
• At least five years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing/technology environment in controlling / finance and accounting
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Very good German and, ideally, good English language skills, both written and spoken
