Develop and implement a well-thought-out partner strategy for the DACH region, including identification, acquisition and onboarding of new partners
Build and continuously develop long-term, trust-based relationships with existing partners
Support partners in business development, pipeline generation and market development with the goal of sustainable revenue growth
Plan and execute joint business plans, conduct regular partner reviews and define and track clear objectives and KPIs
Enable partners through training, workshops, sales and marketing support in close collaboration with Presales, Marketing, Sales Operations and other internal teams
Manage and coordinate sales opportunities together with partners — from lead generation to successful deal closure
Represent the company at partner events, trade shows and industry conferences.
Requirements
At least three years of experience in partner management at a vendor — ideally in the IT or security sector
Proven experience in building and developing channel partners, resellers or system integrators is required
Confident handling of complex, consultative solutions (e.g., software, cloud or hybrid solutions)
Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution skills and a structured working style
Experience with modern CRM and sales tools as well as partner-focused go-to-market strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills and confidence negotiating at decision-maker level
A degree or equivalent qualification and motivation for continuous personal and professional development
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and solid English for international collaboration
Willingness to travel within the DACH region for partner meetings and events.
