Monitor client processes: order management, logistics and distribution;
Ensure product turnover by tracking demand and identifying growth opportunities;
Propose and negotiate logistical alternatives;
Monitor client stock replenishment to prevent overstocking or stockouts;
Create and lead improvement projects;
Ensure that all registered clients are visited;
Recommend actions based on competitor analysis versus Mosaic’s positioning;
Audit the application of merchandising investments;
Identify and present opportunities for applying performance products during field visits;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
Valid driver’s license (Category B)
Commercial experience in negotiation and sales, demand generation and running field activities (demonstration plots, field days, presentations and training)
