Requirements
10+ years professional work experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for technology roles, supporting technical teams and organizations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
2+ years of experience hiring for Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Development, and/or Machine Learning roles
2+ years of experience with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers, effectively managing competing priorities and timelines
