Role Overview
- Support an assigned book of business
- Develop long-term relationships with clients
- Respond to day-to-day client inquiries and analytics
- Manage a book of business of approximately $1,000,000
- Prepare renewals and RFPs, coordinate vendor responses
- Facilitate client meetings and prepare agendas
Requirements
- BA/BS preferred
- 4
- 7+ years of health & welfare experience
- Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry a plus
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
- GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
