Manage and grow relationships with GM franchised dealers by supporting Commercial Vehicle Lending (CVL) products.
Deliver strong dealer service, drive profitable contract growth, and position GM Financial’s value proposition to support incremental commercial vehicle sales.
Serve as a trusted advisor to dealers, ensuring alignment with credit risk standards, profitability goals, and overall business objectives.
Partner closely with internal teams and manufacturer stakeholders.
Demonstrate the value proposition of GM Financial to assist the dealer in selling incremental new and used commercial vehicles.
Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve quality, pricing and volume objectives.
Support, market, and be subject matter experts in all GM Financial CVL products.
Maintain effective communication with dealers, internal partners, and factory counterparts.
Participate in end-user joint contacts with dealership and/or factory representatives.
Develop business plans to align with corporate goals.
Achieve Field Commercial DRM key performance criteria.
Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools and take appropriate action.
Assist in any funding issues that arise and be responsible for collection of monies owed to GM Financial.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com
Extensive knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, cash flow and dealer workout.
Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Knowledge of credit underwriting.
Knowledge of dealership, fleet/commercial and indirect auto finance industry operations.
Knowledge of reporting and analytics.
Understanding of commercial lending with emphasis in captive automotive dealership financing.
