Translate customer feedback into structured insights for our Product and PMM (Product Marketing) teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in account growth, expansion, or inbound sales; experience in fintech or credit is a plus but not required
Fluent in German with the ability to communicate seamlessly with customers and our international team
You listen first, then pitch — able to quickly assess and address financial needs
Able to translate customer conversations into structured, actionable insights for our product teams
