To secure and maximize optimum business support to and from accounts in Thailand for all Trade Areas
Feedback, negotiate on customer’s needs, ideas, and conditions
Enter, share and maintain customer goals and profile information
Jointly with service team on booking, service fulfilment and problem solving

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of 4–7 years of relevant working experience
Direct experience with a carrier or shipping line company is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score of 550 or above is preferred)
Strong service-minded attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset
Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
A collaborative team player
Good computer literacy
