Sell maritime and non-maritime products as per CMA CGM strategy
Develop and maintain business action plan & objectives, implement management tools
Manage your performance through the corporate dashboards and propose corrective measures if necessary
Promote products and services to customers and prospects
Responsible for establishing the Commercial actions plan
Identify commercial market opportunities, develop market shares and/or improve revenues according to the commercial strategy (owner of important customers)
Represent CMA-CGM in the country with local stakeholders as required
Any other reasonably required request in line with the operational requirements of the business
Requirements
5+ years as an Account Manager
Sales technique expertise
Strong Knowledge in Shipping (minimum 7+ Years of experience in liner shipping)
Management Skills
Previous experience in Salesforce platform
Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decision making
Effective communication skills
Demonstration of professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to manage stress through challenging situations
Must be able to prioritize work effectively and manage time efficiently
