Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake → sourcing → screening → scheduling → offer coordination)
Build qualified talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search.
Run structured phone/video screens; assess role fit; deliver crisp write-ups.
Keep ATS hygiene tight: post jobs, move stages, tag candidates, capture notes, and report funnel metrics.
Coordinate interviews across time zones and maintain timely candidate communications.
Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, JD updates, and process improvements.
Track and hit weekly KPIs (time-to-slate, submittals/week, response rate, on-time feedback).

2+ years recruiting or sourcing experience (agency or in-house).
Hands-on ATS experience (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, JazzHR, BambooHR, Ashby).
Solid Boolean/X-ray search skills and outreach that gets replies.
Reliable home office setup: internet, webcam, quiet space, and a backup connectivity/power plan.
Fluent in English—clear, confident, and professional on calls and in writing.
Organized and proactive; you follow through and sweat the details.
Data-aware: you like dashboards, know your funnel, and iterate to improve.
Comfortable working U.S. hours consistently from the Philippines.
