Own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles across the U.S., from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and closing.
Leverage deep knowledge of the U.S. GTM talent market to proactively identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical commercial roles in competitive markets.
Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring trends to support informed decision-making.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our brand and values.
Drive process improvements and maintain structured reporting on recruiting metrics.
Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM roles in the U.S. market.
Demonstrated deep understanding of the U.S. commercial talent landscape, including competitive companies, compensation expectations, and regional hiring dynamics.
Proven success hiring for roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Experience recruiting for early-stage or high-growth startups, with an understanding of the pace and ambiguity that comes with scaling teams.
Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and move with urgency.
Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology environments is a very strong advantage.
