Role Overview
- Build, run, and scale our demand generation engine
- Own paid acquisition end to end, from strategy to execution
- Work closely with webdev, brand, and content teams
- Optimize campaigns for efficient and sustainable scaling
Requirements
- Hands-on ownership of end-to-end paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation campaigns in a B2B company
- Proficient in GA4 and HubSpot tracking and reporting
- Strong CRO skills across ads and landing pages
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
