Lead the commercial management of our eye centers: You will manage the economic operations of multiple centers and ensure compliance with Sanoptis standards across the facilities.
Deliver operating results and business objectives: You will monitor operational KPIs including patient satisfaction, financial indicators, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Define performance targets: You will conduct performance assessments and set goals.
Plan regional strategy: You will develop regional strategic plans aligned with our overall business objectives.
Drive growth through site development: You will identify and act on growth opportunities in your region early to realize their potential.
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g., in strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar) or in similarly fast-paced companies.
Proven ability to prepare and communicate business and financial analyses at executive level.
Meticulous, detail-oriented approach to preparing analyses.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take on significant responsibility and drive problem-solving independently.
Self-directed working style with minimal supervision is essential.
Proven success in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence without formal authority and to play a key role in decision-making.
Ability to resolve conflicts constructively in difficult situations while maintaining assertiveness.
Strong organizational and process management skills.
Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1).
