You will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple ophthalmology clinics and ensure compliance with Sanoptis standards across the facilities.
You will monitor operational performance metrics including patient satisfaction, financial indicators, revenues, expenses and profitability.
You will collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts and cost-control measures.
You will conduct performance reviews and set targets.
You will develop regional strategic plans aligned with our overall business objectives.

Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g., management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) or in other fast-paced organizations.
Proven ability to prepare and present business and financial analyses to senior leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take on significant responsibility and drive problem solving independently.
Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence without formal authority and secure a key role in decision-making.
Strong organizational and process management skills.
Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level).
