About this role
Role Overview
Support and encourage employees for continuous professional development
Plan and execute training, development, and assignment programmes in various countries
Assist specialists in responding to written enquiries and requests
Plan activities and support the creation of materials for people development initiatives
Assist in setting up training sessions for new employees
Support People Development Specialists in drafting guidelines and creating presentation materials
Contribute new ideas for development
Requirements
A completed HBO education, preferably in HR or Administration
At least one year of work experience in a coordinating role
Experience in creating reports in Excel
Good command of the English language
