About this role

Work with project teams to manage the engineering and construction phases of projects
Facilitate the Alliant Energy internal review of all engineering drawings, technical specifications, and any other technical documents
Act as a final check point between the engineering and the construction of projects
Manage the process to develop scope of work sections for Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Review project civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls system drawings and specifications
Coordinate engineering drawing reviews with internal subject matter experts (SMEs)

Bachelor's Degree in engineering program accredited through the Engineering Accreditation Commission
9 years of related experience
Project management leadership experience preferred
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and project management)
