About this role
Role Overview
Own TOFO growth with the goal of creating qualified pipeline
Design and run demand generation engines
Take full ownership of all Channels
Build and scale ABM for target accounts
Think deeply about the funnel
Work closely with Sales and the founders
Test bold ideas and track MQLs, pipeline, CAC, and revenue impact
Requirements
5+ years in marketing
~ 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation
Proven experience building pipeline
Deep hands-on expertise in Paid Social / Paid Growth
Experience with ABM (targeting specific companies)
Proficient with AI Tools / Building Agents
Strong Data Analytics & Funnel Optimization skills
A builder mindset
Strong commercial intuition
Fluent in German and English
