Manage the collections process and conduct negotiations with delinquent customers.
Monitor overdue receivables and ensure the effectiveness of recovery actions.
Perform collections operational routines, including write-offs, reconciliations, and support in portfolio control.
Respond to tickets related to area processes, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.

Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Previous experience with administrative and financial routines.
Organized with experience in monitoring overdue receivables and payment agreements.
Knowledge of SAP.
Basic understanding of negotiation workflows.
