Execute payments to suppliers, taxes and intercompany transactions via SAP and banking platforms, ensuring deadlines and regulatory compliance.
Manage the intercompany payment process, validating balances and transfers between group companies in coordination with the Treasury team.
Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of balances and the accuracy of financial records.
Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, advising on payment flows, required documentation, deadlines and tax withholdings.
Support internal and external audits by organizing and providing required documentation and reports.
Operate payment routines, cash closing procedures and Risco Sacado/Confirming operations, including interactions with banks.
Administer corporate cards, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
