About this role

Ensure the execution of payments and receipts via SAP and banking platforms, meeting deadlines and maintaining liquidity.
Perform bank reconciliations for the group’s accounts, ensuring the integrity of balances and the accuracy of financial records.
Execute and control cash closings and petty cash/fixed cash funds, ensuring resource availability and traceability of transactions.
Provide support for internal and external audits by organizing documentation, bank statements and financial contracts.
Handle service requests/tickets related to the area’s processes, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.

Bachelor’s degree completed: Administration, Economics, Accounting or related areas
Previous experience in administrative and financial routines.
Knowledge of SAP.
Basic understanding of cash inflows and outflows.
Familiarity with bank statements, basic cash flow and cash procedures.
Ability to reconcile statements with system records. Support daily closing and balance control.
