Responsible for executing and analyzing the company’s Treasury management, ensuring appropriate liquidity administration, oversight of financial resources, and compliance with corporate policies.
Prepares and monitors cash flow (forecast vs. actual), manages cash balances and financial investments, and maintains relationships with banking institutions to ensure the efficiency of financial operations.
Monitors cash position, supports funding and investment decisions, and ensures the correct execution and recording of Treasury transactions.
Interfaces with finance and business areas, contributing to information consistency and supporting decision-making.
Contributes to optimizing cost of capital and asset returns, as well as continuous process improvements to promote greater operational efficiency, control, and mitigation of financial risks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
Prior experience in Treasury
Experience in liquidity management and investment decision-making
Experience with complex operations (foreign exchange (FX), debt, intercompany, covenants)
Experience with financial governance, audits, and internal controls
Knowledge of SAP
Monitoring of contractual indicators and financial obligations
Strategic interface with banks, insurers, and stakeholders
Focus on automation, standardization, and operational efficiency
Intermediate English and Spanish
