Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers through to the completion of hiring
• Act as a consultative partner to leadership, supporting the definition of requirements, seniority levels, and attraction strategies
• Manage multiple openings simultaneously, ensuring organization, steady progress, and visibility across processes
• Conduct active talent sourcing (hunting) and market mapping for strategic or hard-to-fill positions
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, stage conversion rates, and shortlist quality
• Support data-driven decision making by providing analyses and recommendations on recruitment processes

Requirements

• Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a high volume of roles and competing priorities
• Experience with active sourcing (hunting) and market mapping
• Ability to manage processes autonomously with strong organization and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Experience with recruiting tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
