Manage a defined group of employees across the entire employee lifecycle
Oversee the recruiting process and support onboarding
Advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters
Implement and ensure compliance with employment law and HR-related policies
Maintain and further develop HR master data and systems
Optimize existing HR processes and introduce modern solutions
Participate in and implement HR projects (e.g., digitization, employer branding, health management)
Requirements
University degree with a focus on HR or a commercial qualification with additional HR certification (e.g., HR specialist / Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in HR
Solid knowledge of German employment law and basic knowledge of social security and tax law
Experience in project management and in digitizing HR processes
Strong communication and advisory skills with an empathetic and confident demeanor
Structured, independent working style and strong service orientation
Business-fluent German; good English skills are an advantage
